This policy explains what information QuaeroLex collects through this website (quaerolex.ai) and how it is used. It applies to the marketing site only. The QuaeroLex product is self-hosted on your own infrastructure; documents and matter data you process with the product never reach us.

Demo requests. When you submit the demo form we collect the name, firm or chambers, work email, and any message you provide. Our server records the time of the request and the originating IP address.
Server logs. Like most web servers, ours records standard request metadata (URL, status, response time) for operational and security purposes.

How we use it

We use demo-request details solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary to operate the site or where required by law. Lead data submitted through this site is stored on infrastructure we control.

Retention

We keep demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted on request or on a routine schedule.
